When you email or call us, the information received may include your name, email address, telephone number, company details and the content of your enquiry. Please share only the information needed to discuss your request.
The website has no contact form, customer account, checkout or newsletter signup. Selecting an email link opens your own email application; it does not send a message automatically.
Purposes and legal bases
Information is used to respond to enquiries and discuss equipment requirements. Where you ask us to take steps before entering into a contract with you, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Other business correspondence, including communications with company representatives, is handled under our legitimate interest in responding to relevant enquiries under Article 6(1)(f).

Our published email address uses Gmail. Email and hosting providers receive information needed to deliver their services. Authorised people handling an enquiry, professional advisers and authorities may receive information where needed for that purpose or required by law.
